Cima Coppi is make an great range of woollen kit. They were based in Vancouver, but have just moved to Asturias in Spain — home of the notorious Vuelta climb, the Angliru. Director Ben Johnson just made a superb short film depicting the region’s epic riding.
David Millar will remember the Angliru fondly: he dramatically laid down his bike a half-meter from the summit finish on Stage 15 in the 2008 Vuelta in protest at the mountain’s inclusion.
Ben’s film is a far more enjoyable capture of the region, and is a marvellous introduction to the Cima Coppi brand:
