Mutiny Bikes has finally released their long-awaited Loosefer v2.5, a street and park frame with a chain stay length of 13″. Discussion has been rife on the BMX forums regarding the shortened wheelbase but one rider who is obviously enjoying the geometry is Radical Rob, a member of New Zealand’s Zombie BMX crew.
Rob assembled his Loosefer with a mix of Mutiny’s propriety parts, including the Wand fork and Glam bars, and S&M’s Redneck XLT stem, XLT seat post clamp and Tuff Man sprocket—all emblazoned with their shield logo. Eclat pedals and cranks provide the drive, and the whole set-up is rolling on a custom wheel set comprising Profile Mini hubs, Shadow Conspiracy spokes and Fly rims. Head to the Zombie BMX website for the latest in New Zealand’s 20″ news.
