The 2016 Tour of California kicked off yesterday and to commemorate, Rapha teamed up with iconic interior design firm Herman Miller. Rapha’s head of design, Alex Valdman, has worked Herman Miller’s textile designs into a series of eight casquettes — one for each stage.
Each cap will become available for purchase on the Rapha website on the day of their corresponding stage. This ‘Jagged’ design dropped this morning, along with the starting flag for the opening stage in San Diego. Rapha’s article on Herman Miller Creative Director Ben Watson is also worth reading.
