While I was on holiday in the UK recently, I had a chance to drop by Tokyo Fixed, one of London’s most well-stocked bike shops and the site sponsor of Cycle EXIF. Just another reason why I’d like to relocate over that way for a year or two. Apart from purveying highly desirable accessories and apparel such as the new Levi’s 511™ Commuter Jeans and Vulpine Clothing, they have a line of high-quality proprietary frames, including a street-tough track frame — the Dart.
Jamie built up this Dart, utilizing all black components to complement the matte black and gloss finish. Recent ride reports reveal the Dart to be highly stiff and responsive, due to the oversize tubes and an easily handled geometry. The projected price point will bring it under the £300 mark, for both the frame and a carbon fork. Contact the guys at Tokyo Fixed for more details and ordering information.
