The Lynskey family business has been through some ups and downs, like every family, but the continued existence of their titanium bike business today is proof of their strong unity. More evidence is the near cult-like status a Lynskey frame has among those who respect fine titanium craftsmanship.
Tennessee-based photographer Dan Henry recently emailed me to let us know about his new custom Lynskey cycloross machine. As you can see, Dan’s a tall boy so a custom frame was the ideal solution to the challenge of finding a perfectly-fitting bike. He also tells a good story, so I’ll let him fill us in:
