The Super was Colnago’s flagship model throughout the 70s and 80s, a predominantly Columbus SL-tubed race machine. The brown was a stock shade during the 70s, accentuated lightly with lemon yellow details that’s even been reflected in the embossed leather toestraps that came standard.

Juelz Michelet only needed to amend a few details to bring his Super up to date, a Brooks re-upholstery being the most obvious. It was his 2010 L’Eroica vehicle, the visual report of which you can view on his flickr stream.
