KGS Bikes X Eriksen

Eriksen X KGS Bikes

Regular readers of Cycle EXIF will remember the name of Kevin Saunders and KGS Bikes. His ‘Lion Rampant’ Parlee Z1 caused not a small sensation when we featured it last year, as did his Bridgestone Sprint. Each bike is a testament to his passion for the best bikes money can buy and his dedication to providing his customers with their ultimate dream machine.

KGS Bikes are located in Texas and using Kevin’s propriety Balance Point™ fitting system, are able to exactly gauge the correct physical geometry required for your custom frame. In this case, Kevin commissioned Kent Eriksen and his team of titanium artists to create this all-mountain dual suspension MTB. A Ventana rear end was integrated, along with a titanium-sprung Elka Stage 5 shock and Rock Shox Revelation forks. The transmission is SRAM XX, pulled up by Hope brakes and levers. The top-shelf build is rounded out by an Industry Nine wheelset, Seven bars and an ENVE stem.

If you believe you deserve the best fitting, highest quality custom bicycle, maybe it’s time you gave Kevin and his team a call at KGS Bikes. Tell him Cycle EXIF sent you.

fetish bike = I radically appreciate that on this bike nothing is left to be desired.  There’s no “oh man, that bike would be sweet of it had a….”  To me, this bicycle shows pretty much the best of the best components with a geometry that can just about do it all.  If I owned this bicycle I’d aspire to spend as little time out of the saddle as possible.
